"Occasionally, by happenstance or misfortune, you find yourself meeting an extraordinary group of individuals who go far beyond their normal routine to offer an assist. Such was the case when an Israeli friend, for whom I had borrowed a Triumph Sprint for a two-week ride, miscalculated my signal light to turn and ended up broadsiding my Harley and putting me down. Only ten minutes out of Utica, NY, Harley-Davidson of Utica quickly towed both bikes to their business and in short order called Destiny Motorsports to arrange an additional tow for the Triumph.
The Destiny folks didn't hesitate for a single minute! They sprang into action to help two fellow bikers and in short order agreed to run the 50 miles to Utica, pick up the Sprint and tow it back to their shop in Syracuse! By the next afternoon, these fabulous guys were already stripping the bike to assess the damage, prepare a service estimate, and quickly allayed any fears about getting the bike professionally repaired. Within days, they patiently e-mailed to me the estimate, accepted payment via credit card, and got to work ordering parts.
Meeting the entire crew made me feel as if I was at home with a group of old and dear friends as they explained what they had found up to that point. Most important, even though the accident left me with a broken wrist, they displayed an optimism about repairing the bike that calmed my fears about how to get the bike repaired, get it back to Virginia, etc.
Without question, this is one of the most professional and caring group of motorcycle enthusiasts I've encountered anywhere! Their overwhelming kindness, their unparalleled can-do attitude, and their singular motivation to help two out-of-town bikers is an object lesson in human decency.

"well where do i start...i ordered a 07 speed master on july 2nd of 07 and because of the holiday it came in the next week after preping the bike I picked it up on a friday the 13th. the paper work was late so the guys at destiny couldnt get the bike registered ..so they lent me a dealer plate till they got everything worked out ,which I really am greatful for.I mean the bike was there and not being able to ride would have killed me!the guys at destiny were awsome! I have told everybody thats asks about my new tirumph to go to destiny and look for themselves they have a great selection of bikes to view and buy! I cant wait to do some mods to this bike,this winter...all in all I had a wonderful experence at destiny motorsports and would recomend anyone to go and check them out!!"

"Unfortunately for me, Destiny Motorsports was only a glimmer in the owner's eyes when I purchased my 2004 America from another dealer. After really bad experiences with the other dealer, I started looking for another Triumph Dealer. Alas, Destiny Motorsports was now a reality and I was fortunate enough to call Dave. I told him of my problems. He ordered the warranty parts that the other dealer wouldn't do until she had my bike there. I was going to have to leave my bike at the other dealer for a week to change the rear recalled shocks! I drove to Syracuse to Destiny Motorsports and Gary put them on in 10 minutes! My son purchased his new Daytona from them. All of the business with them is NO Hassle and a pleasurable experience. "Destiny motorsports is a unique diamond in the ruff of motorcycle shop world. I have been in countless shops all over this country and in a handful of other countries. Every where I go I usually get the same treatment "If you need something let me know." The first time I walked into Destiny I was there for over an hour talking to the shop guys and customers,drinking coffee and telling lies. The second time I went to Destiny I purchased my favorite thing in the world a speed triple. This is what a bike shop is supposed to be. I mean how many shops have a Christmas party for their customers. Other shops had better take notice or they will be losing many more customers just like they lost me. My Mother even loves these guys! She got half my Christmas presents from Destiny! I can't say enough good things... "

"Stopped in for a front tire last season, which I had ordered and noticed the threads in my rear tire were showing! Ann odd ball size too, for my 1998 Adventurer. YOu guys went the above and beyond what anyone could have asked, called around several different places, found the right tire for my bike, drove me to another dealer to get the tire. Then installed both tires, charged me a more than fair price. I've been to the shop a few times, seen you guys at the show in Syracuse and I am always treated like an old friend no matter how busy you are. "
