A little over four years ago we were just a couple of guys out for a ride around the beautiful Finger lakes here in Central New York. We stopped at a diner and found ourselves talking about the treatment we receive by many of the local motorcycle service centers, or rather the mistreatment. We have all shared less than pleasant experiences and unfortunately it seemed to be the norm rather than the exception. We were relative new comers to motorcycling and readily admit were not gearheads. This presents quite a challenge when you need work done to your bike, whether for maintenance or because it was broken. It certainly felt like many of the local area shops had us by our nuts and bolts. We started to talk about opening up our own shop. The primary focus is *customer service*, after all, without customers we wouldn't have a business. All the guys we rode with said we were just puffing hot air (not to say we had ever done that before). And now there are three partners here in business with a few fulltime employees and more support from our friends than we ever could have imagined. The timing of another Triumph dealer closing its doors helped provide us with the opportunity to get their inventory and the Triumph dealership.
